This contest is sponsored by WFRV-TV/WJMN-TV, 1181 East Mason, Green Bay, WI 54301 (“Station(s)”), and Let Me Be Frank Productions (collectively, the “Sponsor(s)”). This contest is void where prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws.  By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these contest rules.

This contest begins on April 4th, 2016 at 12:00AM and ends on April 8th, 2016 at 9:00 AM CST. All entries must be received by April 8th at 9:00 AM CST in order to be considered for the prize(s).

1. 1.Eligibility.No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents in the Station’s viewing area who are 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Station, Sponsor(s), any other television or radio station, multichannel video programming distributor, other official contest/promotion participants, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, grandparents) or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person, per daywill be accepted, and multiple entries will be disqualified. Only one prize will be awarded per family and/or household. Entrants are only eligible to win one Station contest every sixty (60) days. Entrants are only eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more from the Station once every six (6) months. There will be only one winner in this contest.

1. How to Enter. There is 1 way to enter this contest. Viewers must enter online at wearegreenbay.com by visiting the contest page for the Local 5 Live Let Me Be Frank Ticket Giveaway and filling in all of the necessary information requested. All entries need to have current information listed and all fields filled out to be considered an eligible entry. All entries must be received by April 8th, 2015 at 9:00AM CST. All entries become the property of Sponsor(s), and Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to use any information submitted by entrants.

Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, tampered with, or obtained through theft or fraud.  Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules. Sponsors are not responsible for technical, telephonic, network, or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer, phone, or network transmissions, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any automated or computer-generated entries, fake or duplicate identities, spam, or improper techniques (as determined by Sponsors) will be disqualified. Any questions regarding the validity, completeness, or number of entries submitted by an individual or the identity of the authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials that contain computer viruses, malware or other harmful components that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the operation of the contest, the Station’s website, or violates the rules of the contest. If the Sponsor(s) determine, in its/their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to void the entry or entries at issue, disqualify any entrants, and/or terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at wearegreenbay.com.  

Broadcasts are subject to pre-emption and scheduling changes. If such changes occur, they will be post on the wearegreenbay.com website. Contests conducted on-air that require telephone responses to “cues to call” are only official when heard via-over the air broadcast. Viewers of the Station’s online stream may not be able to participate in or may be disadvantaged in participating in some contests.

By entering this promotion on wearegreenbay.com, entrants agree to the Website Terms of Use and to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://www.wearegreenbay.com/privacypolicy.

1. Prize(s). There will be 5 prizes awarded in this contest. 5 winners will be selected each in a random drawing from all eligible entries received and announced during Local 5 (9:45-10AM) on April 8thth. If the winner cannot be contacted within one (1) day or is deemed ineligible for any reason, an alternate winner may be randomly selected (in Station’s sole discretion) from the remaining entries. Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to a Let Me Be Frank Productions Show at the Meyer Theatre. The approximate retail value of the prize(s) is $60.00

Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize.  Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties as to use, and the Station is not responsible for defective prizes. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Acceptance of a prize releases the Station, its sponsors and advertisers from all liability and claims concerning the prize, its delivery, and its use.

1. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1. Conditions of Acceptance of Prize. Tickets must be picked up at WFRV at 1181 E Mason Street prior to the day of event or at the will-call office at the event (Shopko-Hall). All unclaimed or rejected prizes will be forfeited. The Station then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up. A winner who forfeits a prize is not eligible to win another contest conducted by the Station for thirty (30) days.

Winner(s) will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as license and registration fees, transportation costs, gratuities and other items of an incidental nature. The Station is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing winners with any form of compensation for events that are canceled.  All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations, trip schedule changes, flight cancellations, changes in travel arrangements, travel delays of any form and duration, game cancellations and delays, as well as all acts of nature. The Station is not responsible for any expenses incurred by contest winners as a result of such cancellations. If a prize winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that winner’s travel companion must be his/her parent or legal guardian.

Stations will report any individual winnings over $600 (in cash or fair market value of goods or services) in a one year period to the Internal Revenue Service.  Winner(s) will receive a Form 1099 from the sponsor to report any winnings to the Internal Revenue Service. Where applicable, tax forms must be completed prior to receiving the prize.

Winner(s) grant Station the right to disclose all entry information to the other Sponsors.

1. 1.6.Publicity. By participating in this contest, each winner grants to Sponsor(s) the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness, and that fact that he/she won for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).Winner agrees to execute any additional liability or publicity release agreement requested by the Station/Sponsors.

1. Limitation on Liability. By entering this promotion, each entrant forever discharges and releases Sponsor(s), its/their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury or death resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize(s), however caused. Winner understands all of the physical, mental, or other health risks of the Thomas The Train Event at the National Railroad Museum, and by accepting the prize, solely assumes and accepts all risks whatsoever in it.

1. Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights.Sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of this contest which will become effective upon announcement. Any changes to these rules will be broadcast by the Station and posted on wearegreenbay.com. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the rules, their announcements, or the offering or the administration of the contest.
