2014 BIRTHDAY CLUB SUBMISSIONS!

Do you know anyone with an upcoming birthday? Wish them a HAPPY BIRTHDAY during Local 5 This Morning!

All you have to do is click on the submission tab above and fill in all of the required fields.

-Birthday Boy/Girl's first and last name
(last name will not be read out loud on air)
-Birth date/Age
-City they are from
- And a fun fact about the Birthday Boy/Girl

Submissions must be received 24 hours prior to the announcement morning.
Birthdays for Saturday and Sunday will be aired each Friday. (Submissions must be received by Thursday.) Monday Birthday submissions must be received by Friday.)

Each Monday one lucky winner of any age will receive 2 free music lessons of their choice from Jim's Music in Green Bay.
